MORITURI – Thrash Metal from the Heart of Styria

MORITURI is a five-piece metal band hailing from Styria, Austria, bringing an intense blend of raw energy and technical prowess to the scene. Founded in 2019 in a basement in Eibiswald, the band quickly made their mark with the release of their debut demo Painting of Violence in 2020. After a few lineup changes, they unleashed their hard-hitting single Raped by the Plague in 2022.

Now, with their first full-length album For Those About to Die set to drop in spring/summer 2025, MORITURI is ready to take their sound to the next level. Their music combines powerful riffs, groovy basslines, relentless drumming, and fierce vocals, delivering an experience that is both aggressive and captivating.

Since 2021, MORITURI has been tearing up stages from Leibnitz to Vienna, building a solid reputation, especially in their hometown of Graz. Their live shows are known for being high-energy, theatrical, and intense—leaving audiences craving more.
